Just get in touch with us via email or through our website's contact form. Share with us with your vision, event type and theme, inspiration pictures, preferred size, need-by date, location, and any other details that will help us understand your requirements.

We'll then guide you through the process, from design to delivery.

We offer traditional pinatas, pull-string pinatas, detachable pinatas, mini/micro pinatas, etc.

Our pinatas can take many forms: your company logo, your favourite TV, movie, cartoon or anime character, your product, a person, a pet, etc.

Got something else in mind...? No problem! If it can be built with cardboard, paper and glue, we can probably make it!

We aim to use eco friendly materials, such as recycled carboard and crepe paper for all our pinatas and products.

However, some designs may require the use of additional materIas, such as holographic or metallic foil, ribbons, glitter, and even lights!

If you have any preferences or would like to avoid certain materials, please let us know.

Absolutely! We offer a range of sizes to suit your needs. From micro/mini pinatas perfect for party favors, to larger pinatas that make a bold statement as decor pieces, we've got you covered.

Size is not a problem, as long as we are able to pack/ship it.

Shipping costs will be provided with your quote.

Please note that very large pinatas (100cm and above) would be very costly to ship, and may need to be collected in person.

Dont' worry, we totally get it... to be honest, we think all our pinatas are too beautiful to be destroyed!

So we are pleased to offer you either a pull-string pinata, or a detachable design pinata.

Please note additional charges apply, as more labour and materials are involved... but you won't regret it as you will get to keep your beautiful pinata.

For custom orders, we are pleased to offer 2 service levels:

• Standard: ships in 10 business days

• Rush service: ships in 5 business days. A rush service fee of $15 will be added for each pinata.

Please note these are production lead times only, and exclude transit times by the courier or shipping company.

In order to keep the shipping costs as low as possible for our customers, we work with a variety of couriers.

The shipping cost will depend on the size of the pinata, and will be provided during checkout or as part of your quote.

When placing your order, please review the Australia Post website where you will find the most accurate delivery times for your zone, to ensure you select the appropiate service depending on your need-by date.

Large orders (4 pinatas or more):

We work with a range of couriers such as Couriers Plus, Star Track, Fastway, etc. Shipping cost and delivery times will be provided as part of your quote.

If you have a preferred courier company, please let us know.

We accept payments by credit/debit card, and bank transfer.

Individual custom orders (3 pinatas or less) must be paid upfront.

Corporate/bulk orders require a 50% deposit.

Please note all deposits are non refundable.

Yes, as long as an appointment is scheduled in advance in business hours, as we do not have a physical shop. We are located in North Sydney, NSW.

Please note that due to the high cost of shipping in Australia, we do not use boxes to ship individual pinatas. In order to keep shipping costs reasonable for our customers, individual pinatas are first wrapped in a layer of kraft paper, and then placed inside a polymailer.

Do not worry: after all, our pinatas are made to take a good beating, and the kraft paper layer will help protect the more delicate decorations of your pinata. We find this to be a good compromise between price and protection, and we have successfully delivered many orders to happy customers.

Bigger or multi-item orders will ship in boxes, and the shipping cost will vary depending on the size and weight. Cost will be provided as part of your quote.

However, please keep in mind that due to the size of the package, express shipping tends to be quite expensive (starting at $50 for a standard size pinata, and even higher for rural areas). So we highly recommend to order your pinata es early as possible, to avoid having to use express shipping.
